Product Introduction

 

Dicyandiamide Cationic Resin (DCA) is a quaternary cationic polymer designed for Ion Exchange Based on Polymer principles. Technically aligned with our flagship Water Decoloring Agent, DCA delivers rapid color removal and significant COD reduction in wastewater containing Reactive, Acid, Disperse, and Direct dyes. The positively charged polymer chains neutralize anionic color bodies and colloids, producing dense, fast-settling flocs that enable efficient clarification via sedimentation or air flotation.

Compared with inorganic coagulants, DCA typically generates less sludge, offers broader pH compatibility, and integrates easily with existing programs (PAC/ACH/PolyDADMAC). It is fully water-soluble, simple to meter, and suitable for both primary treatment and polishing stages. In textile hubs worldwide, mills use DCA to stabilize biological systems, protect RO units, and improve final effluent aesthetics and compliance.
