Overview

Polydadmac is a high charge density cationic polymer designed for clarification of drinking water. It neutralizes negative colloids and promotes the formation of fast settling flocs that lower turbidity and natural organic matter. The series includes liquid and powder formats for different dosing systems used by municipal and private water plants.

Prepare a working solution before dosing. For liquid grade a common preparation range is 0.5 percent to 5 percent by solids. For powder grade a common preparation range is 0.5 percent to 10 percent by solids. Optimize the dose through jar tests and confirm mixing conditions to avoid floc breakage.

Record dose pH mixing time and settling performance to maintain process control across seasons.
